These terms govern The Obsidian Sale run by An Entrepreneur's Mind LLC ("AEM," "we," "us"). By reserving a VIP Pass, joining the waitlist, or purchasing the Obsidian Build, you agree to them.

The Offer

The Obsidian Build is a done-for-you AI system for one year at $5,000 (VIPs pay $4,900 with a $100 credit). It includes a 24/7 AI Voice Receptionist, the full platform for the year, managed AI agents, workflows, email and SMS follow-up, a reviews system including video reviews, a website refresh if needed, and an AI framework session. Capacity is limited to 15 builds total.

The Love It Guarantee

  • Your AI Receptionist will be live and answering calls within 30 days of your kickoff call, or you get every penny back.
  • The 30 days start after you complete onboarding: the kickoff call, your business information, and phone forwarding access.
  • Refund requests must be made in writing (email support@anentrepreneursmind.com) within the 30-day window.
  • Once your receptionist is live, if you don't love it, we keep working on it at no extra cost until you do.

The $9 VIP Pass

The Obsidian VIP Pass is $9.00 one-time and gives you a 24-hour head start, a reserved build slot during the VIP window, and a $100 credit toward the Obsidian Build. The $9 is fully refundable on request until the sale closes (Monday Nov 30, 2026, 11:59 PM MST). To get a refund, reply to any of our emails and we refund the $9.

Sale Timeline (America/Phoenix, MST)

  • VIP doors open: Thursday Nov 26, 2026, 6:00 PM MST.
  • Public doors open: Friday Nov 27, 2026, 9:00 AM MST.
  • Sale closes: Monday Nov 30, 2026, 11:59 PM MST, or when all 15 builds are claimed.

SMS Terms

  • SMS consent is not required to purchase any product.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
  • Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
  • We do not share your mobile information with third parties for marketing.

Payments

Payments are processed by Square. Pricing and availability are as shown at checkout. The Obsidian Sale is a limited-time offer and may close early if all 15 builds are claimed.
