An Entrepreneur's Mind LLC ("AEM," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through The Obsidian Sale, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the forms, sign-ups, and checkout pages on this site.

Information We Collect

  • Form data. When you reserve a VIP Pass or join the public notification list, we collect your first name, last name, business name, mobile phone, and email.
  • SMS data. If you opt in, we collect your mobile number to send your VIP access link and Obsidian Sale reminders by text.
  • Payment data. Payment is processed by Square. We do not store your full card number on our servers. Square handles card data under its own security standards; we receive only what is needed to confirm your order.
  • Analytics cookies. We use analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This may set a session cookie in your browser. No sensitive personal data is stored in these cookies.

How We Use Your Information

  • To confirm your VIP Pass or waitlist sign-up and send your access link.
  • To send Obsidian Sale reminders by email and SMS when you have opted in.
  • To process and fulfill your order through Square.
  • To improve the site and our offers using aggregate analytics.

SMS Messaging

SMS consent is separate and never required to make a purchase. If you opt in, message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We do not share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the sale — our CRM, our payment processor (Square), and our analytics provider — and only as needed to deliver the service. We do not sell your personal information.
